Stories from 9/11 (Producer and Editor)
On September 11th, 2001, more than 500,000 people were transported on NYC's waterways from Ground Zero to safety. The Staten Island Ferry transported more than 50,000 people while returning to Manhattan with supplies and emergency personnel. Staten Island Ferry Safety Manager, Brian Walsh, provides his account of the day’s events and how city agencies came together to manage the crisis. I produced and edited this piece for the City of New York and the Office of the Mayor.
