How New York City Converted Waste to Biogas
Right from the cafeterias, NYC is helping create the fuel that powers and heats homes across the city. It's called biogas and it starts with the food scraps tossed into composting by public school kids. I produced and edited this video in collaboration with illustrator, Caty Bartholomew.
